I originally got connected with Shanna to redo her Global Birth Community website where she holds trainings for birth professionals to become Childbirth Educators, Birth Doulas, and Postpartum Doulas. Once we were finished with that project, she re-hired me to create another website, this one for parents who wanted to learn more about birth.

She specifically was interested in creating a childbirth education course that communicated God's perfect design for birth, while also being inviting for both the mom and the dad. She noticed how many CBE courses were so effeminate that they ended up neglecting the massive role that dads play in birth outcomes. So I worked with Shanna to curate a website that accomplished that.

To streamline the enrollment process, I created a simple, informative website that is fully equipped with a member's area where Shanna hosts her childbirth education content. We used the payment plans feature to allow customers to purchase the course for a set amount of time and the programs app to hold her course content in the backend.

I also helped her nail down the new brand and had our logo designer, Lucinda, create the logo for Created to Birth, which features a simple line-drawing suggesting the silhouette of a pregnant woman's body with a floral touch.
