Initially in need of a simple sales page for both her birth and postpartum doula trainings, Shanna got in contact with me to provide a solution. My aim was to simplify the process of enrollment for her virtual certification courses so that she could focus on teaching. 

I designed the sales pages for her Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula trainings to be both informative and simple, and I used the Wix Bookings feature to create a streamlined registration process and collection of course fees. 

As I was in process of designing these pages I noticed the massive amount of foottraffick her website was already generating. I spoke to Shanna and offered to help renovate the rest of her site in such a way that would create a streamlined process for those visitors to actually purchase her trainings and sign up for classes. In order to do this, I redesigned her homepage and integrated several aspects of the back-end business systems. 

Her site, features the Bookings app where Shanna is able to host all her online certifications and courses, as well as the new Wix Online Programs app to hold the content for those online classes. We also worked to build out sustainable systems for Shanna to easily collect payments and send out automated emails to engage her rapidly growing audience. 

At the beginning of working together, Shanna was struggling to get 2-3 people in each of her trainings. By the end of just one year together, she was booking out her programs months in advance due to the streamlined process and updated site and SEO.

We love how it turned out and are thrilled to be a part of the work she is doing both in the US and overseas!
