My family got connected with Cindi for the ultrasound of our first baby and continued to use her as our family sonographer for all our children, despite having moved multiple hours away. She is such a treasure, so when she asked if I would be willing to redo her website, I was a resounding, "YES!"
One of the main things that Cindi wanted was for her new website to more accurately represent the cozy, at-home feel that she has curated in her office space, which is located in the finished basement apartment of her beautiful mountain home in Frederick, Maryland. She wanted to ditch the more sterile feel of her original site to give potential clients a taste of the safety and comfort that is available in her space.
I started the process with a little bit of a rebrand, creating a quick branding kit for her that took about 30 minutes to put together. Then, when I got that approved, I moved right into the website design. This website features homey, warm-toned photos to cultivate the intimate experience that Cindi provides, that is unique in her industry. I also added the Wix "Bookings" app to allow Cindi's clients to schedule -- and pay -- for their appointments with ease.
Something new I learned in this project was how to create a FAQ "dropdown" menu where potential clients could find answers to commonly asked questions about her services. It was so fun to work on this project for a beloved sister in the Lord! You can check out the before and after photos to see all that I did!
